It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy M. Phillips of Wintersville, Ohio, born in Homerville, Ohio, who passed away on August 31, 2024, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Gorham and Frankie Bowerize Gorham; her husband Frank M. Phillips; her daughter Susan L. Meadows; and her siblings, Marie Pate, Kathleen Weaver, Lester Gorham, Jr. and Homer K. Koppler.
She is survived by: her children, Frank D. Phillips, Robin A. Phillips, Mark Phillips (Missy) and Samantha Pawelczyk (David); her brother Robert G. Gorham (Shirley); and her grandchildren, Michelle Patavin (Dan), Oliver Stone (Casey), Timothy Stone (Julie), Christina Sutton (Chris), Michael Pawelczyk (Ginny), Mark Phillips (Samantha), Joshua Phillips (Jessica), Justin Phillips and Leslie Phillips. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
