He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony J. "Moe" and Mary M. Belardine (Demetris). He is survived by: his siblings, Timothy Belardine (Renita) of Steubenville, OH, Melanie Cutri (Rocco) of Mingo Junction, OH and Cynthia "Cindy" Miller (James) of Worthington, OH. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
