She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene M. Smith and Edith Smith (Yost); her siblings, Leonard, William, Robert Smith and Betty Smith; her husband Lloyd Melvin Lockhart; and her grandson Joshua.
She is survived by: her sons, David Lockhart (JoAnne) of Washington State, Michael Lockhart of Wellsville, OH, Steve Lockhart of Poland, OH and John Lockhart (Lisa) of Tampa, FL; and her grandchildren, Cassie, Justin, Kyle and Jordan. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
