He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Melvin and Prudee Cooper (Coffey); his wife Carole Cooper; his daughter Tia Cooper Rice; and his siblings, Pat, Tom Cooper, Fern Dee Wilson and Jennifer Franzen.
He is survived by: his children, Ty Cooper (Cheryl) of Ash Ridge, Tris Cooper (Cindy) of Marion, OH, Chip Cooper (Jane) of Saline, MI, Philip Cooper (Theresa) of Ash Ridge and Jody Wilson (Scott) of Hamersville; and his siblings, Chuck Cooper (Willa) of Sardinia, Tim Cooper and Kathy Forsee of Cincinnati. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Hope Ohio Valley, 215 Hughes Blvd, Mt. Orab, OH 45154.
