He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Ada Rhoads of Martinsville; and his siblings, Ray Albert, Richard Dean, Eugene, William Harold Rhoads, Martha Gall, Lucille Rhodes, Shirley Quigley and Sandy Hayslip-Homer.
He is survived by: his wife Venita (McIntosh); his children, DeeAnn Brady of London and Bryan (Ashley); his grandchildren, Brayden of Wilmington, Jena of Wilmington and Izzy of Wilmington; and his sisters, Sarah Speaight (Richard) of Missouri, Peggy Speaight (Eldon) of Wilmington, Sharon Adams (Rick) of Clarksville, Brenda Mobley (Michael) and Debbie Napier of Blanchester. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
