He is survived by: his mother Marcella Burkitt (Miller); his friend Roger Boldman; his siblings, April Hayslip, Brian "Todd" Burkitt (Michelle) and Dawn Boldman (Roger); his brothers-in-law, Rob Friend (Lisa), Ed Friend and John Friend (Missy); his nieces and nephews, Bo Doyle (Jessica), Shayne Williams, Austin Burkitt, Dylan Burkitt, Blake Burkitt, Jake Boldman (Laney), Joby Fetters (Wendy), Jason Fetters (Donette), Cassie Gutt, Jason Friend (Angel), Makayla Friend, Logan Friend, Brandon Powell, Amber Rear (Matthew) and Crystal Droessler (Travis); his mother-in-law Wanda Wallingford Friend; and his aunt Brenda Browning (Paul).
