He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carl Achor and Olive Lavon Edenfield Achor; and his brother Ivan Achor. He is survived by: his sister Virginia Maurer (Jay) of Troy; his sister-in-law Carlene Achor; and his nieces and nephews, Janet Davis (Steve), Sue Webster (Don), Lance Reno, Mark Reno (Gina) and Kristen Mazzucco (Frank).

Contributions may be made to the Community Care Hospice.
