She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Craig and Alberta Knoblaugh Craig; and her brothers, Denny and Dickie. She is survived by: her husband John E. Schmid of Jamestown, OH; her children, Stephanie Massing (Brian), Steve Schmid (Mary) and Susan Wright (Graham); her grandchildren, Breanna Wilson, Chris Krietzer, Nicholas Schmid, Nathan Schmid (Alexis) and Kyle Massing (Tiffany); her great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Isaac, Zeke, Jocelyn, Teagan and Riley; her siblings, Judi, Bonni, Jane, Debbie, Don, Tim and Joe; and her sister-in-law Betty.
