He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Earley and Rose Earley (Grooms); and his wife Judith Ellen "Judy" Earley. He is survived by: his son Marvin Earley (Diana) of Midland; his grandchildren, Crystal Ann Cummin (David) of Logan, Jennifer Lee Causey (Keath) of Washington, C. H. and Matthew Gene Earley of Midland; his great grandchildren, John, Tyler, Alexander, Nathaniel, Zachary, Kaleb, Julie, Braxton and Melody; his sister Peggy Bayless of Wilmington; and his friend Joyce Wilburn of Wilmington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
