She is survived by: her husband Gene Harbert; her children, Linda Madison (Russell), David Harbert (Becky) and Sandy Petrulionis (Joe); her grandchildren, Chad Custis (Nikki), Kelly Hieatt (Mike), Tara Harbert, Jason Harbert (Alexis) and Laurel Petrulionis; and also Carsyn Custis.
