He is survived by: his wife Patricia Reid Carmack; his children, Mark Carmack (Lesley) of Parrish, Martina Harris (Jeff) of Morganton and Rusty Carmack (Bonnie) of Wilmington, Ohio; his brothers, James Carmack of New Richmond and Jack Carmack of New Richmond, Ohio; his grandchildren, Tyler Carmack, Conner Carmack, Dakota McDonald, Brooklyn Carmack, Max Carmack and Peyton Hussong (Wyatt); and his great grandchildren, Lorenzo Carmack and Leia Hussong. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
