She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Penwell and Stella Jane Penwell (Roberts); her husband Dewey Earnest Ringer; her grandsons, Kody and Devin; her stepson James Ringer; and her brothers, Lawrence, Terry, Dwayne and Buck.
She is survived by: her children, Nathan V. Cooper (Terri), Franklin, Robin L. Jackson, Shawn A. Cooper (Tracy) and Melissa K. Willoughby (Rodney); her stepsons, John W. Ringer (Susie), Robert E. Ringer (Debra) and Ronald G. Ringer (Mary); and her siblings, Richard Penwell (Nancy), Rodger Penwell (Rebecca) of Columbus, OH and Lynnette Naylor (Tim). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
