He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence R. Hayslip and Lucy McGeorge Hayslip; and his brothers, Russel Hayslip (Joan) and Ray Hayslip (Joyce). He is survived by: his wife Linda Hayslip of Wilmington; his daughters, Angela Roberts (Steve) and Cindy Duff (Bruce); his grandchildren, Ashley Hieatt (Zachary Greene), Monica Ward (Joseph), Brittany Vanhoosier and Hannah Roberts; his great grandchildren, Trenton, Dalton, Lillian, Parker, Layla, Nathan, Adrian, Rowan, Collin, Raiden and Abigale; and his siblings, Ruby Pfeiffer (Ron), June Davis (Ed), May Holman (J. C.), Goldie Lawson (Tom), Linda Schneider (Paul), Roger Hayslip, Rocky Hayslip, Randy Hayslip, Pam Warfield (Danny), Darrel Hayslip and Carol Kirby. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
