He is survived by: his children, Sylvia Artis-Jackson, Myra King (Richard) and Felix Fields III of Columbus; his siblings, Dana Fields, Doris Fields, Lois Fields-Caldwell, Vickie Paris (Anthony), Sharon Fields and Cynthia Davis (Mark); his close friend Debbie Hanna; his sisters, Carol Louise and Marva Ann Fields; his close friend Linda; and his brother-in-law John Caldwell. He is also survived by Several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
