Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Elizabeth Tissandier of Wilmington, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 102, on August 8, 2022. She was predeceased by: her husband Victor L. Tissandier; and her parents, Samuel Shaffer and Hazel Perkins Shaffer. She is survived by: her children, Richard Watters (Diane) and Sue Ann Kratzer; her granddaughter Louise "Sissy" Osborn; her great grandchildren, Chasity Watters, Cassady Osborn, Chanse Osborn and Caley Osborn; her great great grandchildren, Presley Moth, Hendrix Moth and Josie Anderson; and her siblings, William Shaffer, Robert Shaffer, Mabel McGrath, Nell Welch, Jane Runyon and Rebecca Wood. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
