It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edith E. Smith of Wilmington, Ohio, who passed away on November 4, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Legg and Garnet Legg (Chaney); her husband Charles Smith; her son Ronald Smith; and her siblings, William Legg and Judy Kerns.
She is survived by: her daughter Rita Heard (James) of Wilmington; her granddaughters, Veronica McIntosh (Doug), Tara Smith (Tony) and Angie Lightfoot (Jerry); her great grandchildren, Michael McIntosh (Megan), Mikalia McIntosh and Hayden Montero; and her brothers, Donald Legg of Lakeland, FL and Roger Legg of Chillicothe.
