He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Jean Howell; and his parents, Arthur Lee Howell and Frances Faye Inlow Howell. He is survived by: his children, Chris Howell (Michelle), Tim Howell (Angi), Brian Howell (Lisa), Susan Bueno (Brian) and Denise Kirk. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
