He is survived by: his wife Jody; his sons, Garrett "Jake" Trout and Brian; his parents, George Trout and Jan Trout of Wilmington; his brothers, John Trout (Christine) and Donald Trout (Penny); his nieces and nephews, Lauren Jones (Logan), Michael Trout (Autumn), Joel Trout, Seth, Xavier, Paige Trout, William Lansing (Sheri), Abby Johnson (Tim), Cody Burton (Allison) and Madison Burton; his mother-in-law Mary Ann Burton; and his siblings-in-law, Leigh Ann Lansing (S. Dean) and Dallas Burton (Kimberly).
In lieu of flowers, a fund for Garrett "Jake" Trout has been established to aid in his college education expenses at PNC Bank, Wilmington, Ohio.
