She was predeceased by: her husband Louis J. Kovach; her son Louis Kovach; her parents, John Palko and Elizabeth Palko; and her brother Mike.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard, John (Holly) and James (Eileen); her siblings, Andrew Palko, Steve, Joseph, Elizabeth, Eleanor, Mary and Robert; her grandchildren, Hunter, Holden (Jaime), Jacob (Michelle), Daisy (James), Mary (John), Katie (Ryan) and Jessica (Matt); and her great grandchildren, Walter, Daniel, Gauis, Emmett and Lucian.
