It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Allen Lewis of Willoughby Hills, Ohio, who passed away on February 9, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lewis and Florence Lewis (Brockway); his in-laws, Jack and Alma Barry; his siblings, Charles (Norma), Dorothy Colston, Arlene Swetonic (Paul), Norma Merriman Wells (Donald) and David Lewis (Ann); and his brother-in-law Lowell Dean Barry (Janet).
He is survived by: his wife Patricial Lynn Barry Lewis; his sons, Jeffrey Dean Lewis (Andrea) and Jay Alan Lewis of Brecksville, OH; and his brother-in-law Malcolm C. Barry of Chauncey, OH. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the DeJohn Flynn Mylott Funeral Home - Willoughby Hills (28890 Chardon Rd, Willoughby Hills, OH 44092). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the DeJohn-Flynn-Mylott Funeral Home of Willoughby Hills (28890 Chardon Rd, Willoughby Hills, OH 44092). A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Chardon Municipal Cemetery (201 Park Ave, Chardon, OH 44024).
