He was predeceased by: his wife Margery Emma Willis (Ponting). He is survived by: his children-in-law, Margaret Willis of North Ridgeville and Douglas Hennie of Willoughby Hills; and his children, Frederick Willis and Marsha Hennie. He is also survived by four grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
