He is survived by: his mother Erma Louise Bells (Kirch) of Willard; his wife Ferne Elaine Arnold (Unroe); his children, Angela Offenburger (Lee) of Jefferson City, Rebecca Embry (Jerod) of Sedalia, Missouri and Michael Arnold of Sedalia, Missouri; his grandchildren, Christopher, Stephanie, Joseph, Megan, Nathan Offenburger, Kaitlyn Bissen (Kyle), Geremy Sowash (Bethany) and Jacob McFarlin; his great grandchildren, Kylah and Parker Bissen; his siblings, David Arnold (Terry) of Willard, John Arnold (Amy) of Norwalk, Martha Clark (John) of Willard and Shirley Penter of Tampa, Florida; his mother-in-law Rebecca Unroe; and his sister-in-law Yvonne Walker. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and many very special friends.
