He was predeceased by: his father Philip Guido, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Leda Guido (Parker); his wife Courtney; his children, Baylee, Kenslie and Philip "Xander"; and his brother John (Hollie). He is also survived by loving father to his three beautiful children.
