It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Lee Collingsworth of Wheelersburg, Ohio, who passed away on April 29, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Collingsworth and Jerry; his wife Arlene "Carol" Griffy Collingsworth; his grandson Clint Collingsworth; and his siblings, Ronnie, John and Rosemary Morrison.

He is survived by: his children, Jerry Lee Collingsworth (Tami) and Robin Dunham (Zach); and his grandchildren, Ashley Kuhlwein (Chad) and Scott Dunham (Stephanie).
