He was predeceased by: his grandchildren, Hannah Katherine Smith and Michael Taylor; and his sister Barbara Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Mari Grace Smith (Nathan) of Wheelersburg, Jennifer Mains (Eric) of Lucasville, Drenda Elliott (Dean) of Portsmouth, Tonya Buckle (Steve) of Minford, Jackie Caldwell (Ron) of Lucasville and Randall Harness of Portsmouth; his grandchildren, Kaylee, Addison, Mia, Ellie, Jack, Paul, Scott, Sabrina, Chris, Allison, Matt, Samantha, Tausha, Telena and Wes; his brothers, Harold Harness (Linda) of Lucasville, Donald Harness (Virginia) of Westerville and David Harness (Debbie) of Lucasville; his brother-in-law Jim Cooper of McDermott; his brother Lee; and his sister-in-law Vicki Daily of Portsmouth. He is also survived by dad, "Poppy" to his grandchildren and the 45-year husband.
