He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Webster Martin; his children, Charles Martin Jr., Lacey and John Wireman of Greenup; and his sister Charlotte Martin Dunham of Wheelersburg, Ohio.. He is also survived by several grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
