Church of Weston, Ohio, born in Norwalk, Ohio, who passed away on December 16, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Houghtlen and Donna Houghtlen (Farley); her siblings, Dale Houghtlen (Fran), Mabel Rossi, Kenneth Houghtlen Jr., Fred Houghtlen, Flossie Martinez, Betty, Neva and Bonnie Houghtlen; her daughter Debbie Ash; and her granddaughter Shelly Clark.
She is survived by: her child Shirley; her husband Jack Church; her daughters, Jackie Roberts (Barry), Lisa Kiene (Bruce) and Amy DeTillion (Mark); her grandchildren, Richard Clark Jr., David Clark, Brandy Hartman (Ron), Jaime Roberts-Kaminski (Matt), Justin Kiene (Shelia), Chelsea Kiene (Jack), Ava Kiene (JC), Ian Wilhelm (Brittany), Tyler Wilhelm and Celeste DeTillion; and her great grandchildren, Cody, Dawson, Elley, Bodee, Jay, Skylar, Olivia, Hayden and Bristol.
Memorial contributions may be given in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
