We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2021, at the age of 31, Joshua Paul Sams of Weston, Ohio, born in Bowling Green, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Paul Sams, Carl and Mary Wittenmyer; and his uncles, Carl Wittenmyer, Jr., Kevin Sams, Don Pierce and Dave Henschen.

He is survived by: his parents, Barry Sams and Pamela Sams (Wittenmyer); and his grandmother Leona Sams. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Joshua's family or Go Fund Me Page to help with expenses.
