He was predeceased by: his sister Jane Ellen Ruck; his former wife Anna Hayes Ruck; and his daughter Beth Ruck Staffilino. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his son Alan of Los Angeles; his grandchildren, Joel Staffilino of Chicago, Emma, Samuel, Vesper and Larkin Ruck; and his great grandchildren, Ari, Oliver, Sophia and David Staffilino.
