She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen "Jim" and Ruth Foltz (Snyder); and her brother Jack Foltz (Eleanor). She is survived by: her husband George; her children, Susan Grekian (Steven Whiting), Gary Prok (Michelle) and Laura Podsiadlo (late John); her grandchildren, Corey Prok, Andrew Prok (Keri), Matthew Prok (Tonia Quinn) and Cody Podsiadlo; and her great grandchildren, Oliver and Finn Prok. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
