He was predeceased by: his parent Edward H. Davis; and his parent-in-law Judge John V. Corrigan. He is survived by: his spouse Mary Ann Corrigan-Davis; his parent Josephine Davis; his parent-in-law Eileen Corrigan; his sibling Loren Davis (Peggy); and his siblings-in-law, Tom Corrigan, Diane Downing, Jack Corrigan, Lisa Corrigan, Eileen Smoot (late Peter), Dan Corrigan, Clare Woidke, Jim Woidke, Kate Tompkins and Thomas Tompkins.
