He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Elizabeth "Betty"; his children, Michael, Jerome, Susan Wilgus (John), Thomas (Donna), Jann and Mark (Nancy); and his sibling Dolores Moore.

In lieu of flowers family suggests contributions be made to St. Bernadette School, 2300 Clague Rd., Westlake, OH 44145.
