She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Edward and Gloria Sophia Maria Cook (Kalusa); her husband Raymond T. Gruchalski; her children, Darlene Davis, Christopher and Scott Gruchalski; and her siblings, Bobby Cook, Connie Bein and Pearl Piatkowski.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Gruchalski, Sharee Brell and Janie Dispensa; and her siblings, Kenny Cook (Camilla), Betty Battaglia (Frank) and Tim Cook. She is also survived by many grandchildren; great grandchildren.
Donations to American Lung or American Heart Associations in her name are greatly appreciated in lieu of flowers.
