With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger Lee Palmer (Westerville, Ohio), born in Gallipolis, Ohio, who passed away on March 9, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Palmer and Ruth Palmer; and his brother Ralph Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his sons, Kevin Palmer, Steven Palmer (Dawn) and Troy Palmer (Nikki); his grandchildren, Courtney, Nicolas, Nathan and Carson; and his sister Alice Taylor.

In lieu of flowers donations may be directed to Mt. Carmel Hospice.
