He is survived by: his sons, Daniel (Jessica) and Jacob; his grandson Elijah; his mother Anna Frum; his sister Julie Mullen (Jeff); his former wife Jackie Tompkins; his uncle Ronald Welch (Nancy); his nieces, Taylor Combs (Wade) and Samantha Tompkins; his nephew Geoffrey Mullen; his great-nieces, Andrea, Emily and Ripley; and his cousins, Alicia Becraft (Shawn) and Aaron Welch.
