He is survived by: his wife Carol of Lewis Center; his daughters, Kimberly Howell (Joe) and Kelly Forrest (Brian); his sister Nella Lombard of Galloway; his stepdaughters, Emily Pierpoint and Jodi Lloyd (Keith); his grandchildren, Makayla Boysel, Jackson Forrest, Madison Forrest, Nicholas Mitchell, Caroline Mitchell, Dakota, Sam, Ashley Fisher and Justin Fisher; his nephew Erick Lombard; and his nieces, Lora Strongosky (Mike) and Jennifer Chaney (Travis). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
