He is survived by: his wife Judy of Westerville, OH; his siblings, Robert (Rebecca) of Lincoln City, OR, William (Deborah) of Hudson, NY and Mary Hickey (David) of Walnut Creek, CA.; his daughter Holly Shackelton Mackey; his son-in-law Paul Fairless Mackey; his son Major Cory Matthew Shackelton; his daughter-in-law Shellee Ann Morris; his grandchildren, John Patrick Leskovich of Pittsburgh, PA, Thomas Matthew Leskovich of Lewis Center, OH and Sarah Frances Leskovich; and his stepgranddaughter Shelby Amanda Mackey of Minneapolis, MN..
