He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Davis and Lester E. Budd, Sr.; his wife Carol; his stepfather Williard Kahler; his sisters, Leona Jones and Barbara Agin; his granddaughter Amy Budd; and his daughter-in-law Carol.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Budd (Patricia) and Clifford Budd; and his friend Wendell Watt. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
