He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Armstrong and Mildred Hysell Armstrong; his significant other Marilyn Armstrong; and his brothers, Richard "Dick" Armstrong and William "Bill" Armstrong.
He is survived by: his children, Brad Armstrong (Robin) of Pataskala, Todd Armstrong of Grove City and Deanna "Dee" Armstrong-McCoy of Worthington. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
