He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl and Dorothy Jones (Bailey); his daughter Tasha Jones; his siblings, Leroy, Greg Jones, Winifred Beard, Joyce Rozelle and Patricia Hill; and his father-in-law Sherman Cunningham.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene; his children, Nikki Jones, Stacy Hearns (Rob) and Herman Jones; his grandchildren, Tamara, Kyavonna, Xavier, Robert Jr. and Rylan; his great grandchildren, Jemari, Taniya and Kyree; his sisters, Linda Freeman (Samuel) and Cheryl Nichols; his mother-in-law Clara Cunningham; and his sisters-in-law, Donna Wade (Ed), Phyllis Cosby and Betty McCauley (JD).
Viewing 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM; Followed by Private Visitation at 11:00 AM and Funeral Service 12:00 PM Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE EAST, 5456 E. Livingston Ave. Masks and Social Distancing are required. Interment at Glen Rest Memorial Estates.
