It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eloise Kemper (Westerville, Ohio), born in Point Pleasant, West Virginia, who passed away on April 19, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell "Gib" Holland and Nona A. Holland (Deweese); her husband Richard L. Kemper; her siblings, Glen Holland, Tom Holland, Chester Holland and Carolyn Holland; and her siblings-in-law, Gertrude Holland, Charles Kemper, Marjorie Snyder and John Kemper.
She is survived by: her children, Eric (Mary Kay) of Westerville and Brenda Avoletta (Robert) of Sterling, Virginia; her brother Russell Holland; her sisters-in-law, Janet Holland of Point Pleasant and Ramona Holland of Point Pleasant; and her grandchildren, Cecilia, Lauren Kemper of Westerville, Julia Avoletta, Sydney Avoletta and Nate Avoletta of Sterling Virginia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
