He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Novotny and Susan Novotny; his daughter Joyce Marie Novotny Teague; and his son-in-law Jeffrey Newell. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Louise Farren Novotny; his daughter Rebecca Novotny Newell; his granddaughters, Cassandra Newell (Keith Walter) and Jamie Testa (Tom); his great grandchildren, Cody Carroll (Mikaela Stewart), Kayla Carroll, Kaydence Testa and Randyn Walter; and his great great grandchild Kayden Carroll.
