He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Chester Raifsnider and Bonnie Lou Raifsnider (Perry); and his brother Russell Raifsnider (Sharon Hinkle). He is survived by: his children, Jesse Raifsnider of Bucyrus, Tina Hyer of Bucyrus, Jennifer Hill of Westerville and Lisa Lookenott (Christopher) of Brentwood, TN; his grandchildren, Michael Hyer (Contessa), Jesse Baird, Shaina Hyer, Brandon Hyer, Dylan Raifsnider, Chelsea Civay, Dakota Raifsnider, Bryce Hill, Maddison Hill and Lily Lookenott; his sister Sandra Tompkins (Mike) of Crestline; and his sister-in-law Paulette Raifsnider of Bucyrus. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be made to the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, or the American Lung Association.
