He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Rusher and Hilda Rusher (Proctor); his former wife Patty J. Rusher (Roth); his wife Carol Rusher (Shrock); and his sister Doris Witslar.
He is survived by: his children, Herbert Rusher (Michelle) of Galena, Donna Rusher of Westerville, OH and Howard Rusher of Canton; and his stepchildren, Brad Shrock (Terrie) and Amy Mueller. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
