He was predeceased by: his parents, James Slattery and Jean Slattery; and his siblings, Terry, Stephen, Kevin Slattery, Kathy Dollenmeyer, Timothy and Patrick Slattery.
He is survived by: his wife Maxine Slattery; his children, Jamie Shrager (Keith), Ryan Slattery (Karri), Tess Slattery and Kate Shrager (Todd); his grandchildren, Madison, Macie, Makenna, Ronin, Lilli, James and Alex; and his siblings, Michael Slattery (Lisa), Connie Zimmerman (Steve) and Nancy Slattery (Mark Sauer).
