He was predeceased by: his parent Bliss; and his brother Leighton. He is survived by: his husband Jon Chandler; his children, Phillip Wiant, Brendan Wiant (Diane) and Stephanie Wiant (Colin Fogarty); and his siblings, Allen Wiant (Rita) and Cecilia May (Michael). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
