He is survived by: his wife Laurene Amos; his sons, Matthew of Columbus and Jeffrey (Elizabeth) of Dublin, Ohio; his grandchildren, Patrick and Emma; his mother-in-law Jeanne Malin; his sisters-in-law, Sandra and Christine Casto (Kim); his nephews, Chad (Erin) and Jason (Suzanne); his great-nephews, Blaze, Bryce, Noah and Luke; his great-niece Avery; his nieces, Robyn Snow (Rocky) and Erin Frost (Mike); his great-nieces, Kimberly, Alexis and Samantha; and his great-nephew Rocky III.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Alan Edgar Amos to The Arthur G. James and Richard J. Solove Cancer Hospital at The Ohio State University.
