She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lakin and Lyda Lakin (Frazier); and her siblings, Richard, Lawrence, Blanche and Virgie.
She is survived by: her husband Glendell Frasher; her children, Gerry Frasher (Joyce), Terry Frasher (Ann) of Delaware, Ohio and Lisa Bresnen (David) of Columbus, Ohio; her sisters, Barbara Wright of Richmond Kentucky and Sue Stanley (Jay) of Cincinnati; her brother-in-law Bob Frasher (Karin); her grandchildren, Allyson (Scott), David (Heide), Nicoletta and Anthony (Nicole); and her great grandchildren, Hannah, Connor, Hayden, Nicholas, Noah and Isabelle. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
