We are sad to announce that on December 16, 2020, at the age of 80, Jo Anne Newsome (West Union, Ohio), born in Adams County, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Machen and Ethel Faye Gifford (Fite); her husband John Henry Newsome; her sons, Gregory Keith and John Douglas Newsome; and her siblings, Mary Lou Malone and Robert Gifford.
She is survived by: her daughter Rebecca Nelson (Terry) of Blue Creek; her sister Wilma Jean Johnson of McDermott; her grandchildren, Stacy Boultif (Billel) and Jonathan Nelson (Amber) of Blue Creek; her great grandchildren, Brionna Williams, Gabriel Boultif and Dakota Nelson; and her aunt Ester Fite Pennington of West Union. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
