He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Rowland (Tipton); his children, Teresa Stebbins (Timothy) of Englewood and Robert Alan Rowland of Ft. Worth, TX; his grandchildren, Sean Rowland Stebbins and Kyle Owen Stebbins; and his sister Helen Brantley of Des Moines, IA..
